Rooms are adequate and clean. Breakfast good. Staff friendly.

Good location. Good breakfast.

The staff is unfriendly and, frankly, unapproachable. When I asked questions, they made me feel like a burden, and their responses lacked any real value. They didn’t smile and showed no willingness to assist.

No Pool, under construction, no fridge in the room, juice dispenser broken at breakfast. And at 9:00, we were evacuated by the fire Department because of carbon monoxide detected. Over an hour waiting outside in the cold, until we were cleared to return.

Clean. Convenient

Check in people are great. The breakfast buffet is not great if you're health-conscious. The cut up fruit mix has added sugar which is disappointing and the eggs seem to be from a powdered mix. The biggest disappointment is there is no conditioner in the shower! I got in there with my long, tangled hair and had no conditioner! I couldn't believe it. They have good shampoo and shower gel on the walls and body lotion near the sink which smells great. I asked about conditioner the next day at the front desk and they gave me some small bottles of it but they don't put it in the bathrooms. I wish I would've known this BEFORE I got in the shower and washed my hair. I had to spend 40 minutes combing through my hair when I was done.

So close to Bennington College. Convenient and clean.

The staff should be more welcoming and professional. Many of them came across as unfriendly, showing little courtesy or respect—no smiles, no effort to make guests feel comfortable. Overall, their behavior felt distant and, at times, awkward.
