La proximité du centre ville et les équipements (four, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge et literie).

L'emplacement ne fait pas tout car le logement est tout de même petit. C'est très propre mais honnêtement c'est assez prétentieux comme concept et comme pub. Appartement d'architecte... Conceptuellement IKEA.
