Beautiful property and beach. Duran was so nice and helpful at the beach. Very lovely stay.

Spent 10 days at RV March 2025 and had the best time! The rooms and grounds were clean and tidy. The staff throughout the resort was amazing. Duran had our beach chairs ready and ensured that our days at the beach got off to a great start. Thank you to all !!

Location across the street where we stayed was next door to the Jungle entertainment venue. A few days during our stay we were kept awake until 3:00 am from noise.

when checking in with the receptionist @ RONDEL VILLAGE had the worst arrogant and rudely attitude i have ever experienced in my 27 years of traveling.

Duran on the beach was on top of things, always had our beach loungers out before we went down to the beach. Donna our cleaning lady was top notch, always made our villa sparkly.

Our stay at Rondel Village was average and we will not return. Upon checkin, there was chaos, disorganization and lack of efficiency. The room was clean, but outdated and lacking essentials, like shampoo and conditioner. Our in-room safe did not work and after several unsuccessful attempts to repair/replace it, we resorted to storing our valuables in a friend's safe. We ran out of toilet paper and towels a couple of times, even after our room was cleaned. Our housekeeper also removed our quilt for "cleaning" and it was not replaced for 2 nights, even after requesting to have it back. There is a nightclub that stays open until 4am on Thurs & Sat night that is very loud directly next to the resort, making it difficult to sleep. The beach, pools and hot tubs are nice and kept clean. We felt safe at the resort, but were constantly harassed by people trying to sell us things on the street & beach. The restaurant is convenient, drinks are good, but be prepared to pay above US pricing. For the price and experience, I would not recommend visiting Rondel Village or Negril.

We just got back form a week long stay at RV for the first time. I have been going to Negril for 30 years, but have never stayed here but I knew people liked the hotel and decided to try it bc Sunwing offered it. Our room was basic but just fine and clean, and the cleaning staff (shout out to Donna who is just so lovely) were excellent, and any issue we had the staff worked to resolve quickly. Heads up that even if you book through Sunwing, the hotel requests a $300 USD room deposit on arrival, which we were unaware of- it caught us by surprise and does not typically happen with Sunwing vacation hotels (Ive had a CC number requested, but never a cash deposit so if you are on a budget you should be prepared for this. RV is new to Sunwing so they did not seem to know the typical procedures and how it differs from guests who book directly with the hotel). Big shout out to Duran the beach life guard who was excellent! He kept everyone on the beach happy and was friendly and helpful. The other beach staff were not nearly as good and the one day Duran was not there the beach was not run nearly as well. Food at hotel was expensive but good, all servers were lovely. We will def be back!
