"Basic hotel well located"

Nothing great. Just a basic hotel well located. Left my Marks & Spencer belt in the room. Hotel never even emailed back to inform of same. After checking out at 12 noon was hanging around hotel lobby but front office never approached for my left over belt.

The hotel was beautiful, and all was excellent except the only problem i had was the mattress was too hard and the pillows very uncomfortable.

The hotel was under construction during our stay. We could not enjoy the beautiful pool at all due to the loud noises from the construction work. There was also water damage in our room and a moldy spot on the wall. Finally, the sauna/locker room in the gym, which closes way too early, is not clean.

Very good location. Excellent restaurant . Even out if season the pool looked inviting. Friendly staff. Only one criticism, I was told the spa was closed for the week..but it wasn't.
