la literie de la chambre de nos enfants (adultes) pas top, dommage pour les 2 nuits. piscine, l'eau est froide, nous n'avons pu nous baigner afin de nous raffraichir après nos randos

Lo staff è stato gentilissimo nel prepararmi la camera in anticipo, come avevo richiesto. La mia stanza disponeva di un piccolo frigorifero e di un apprezzato forno a microonde. La struttura è vicina a diverse comodità: ristoranti, supermercati, farmacie, parcheggio coperto.

Le finestre sono assolutamente da insonorizzare. Nel periodo in cui siamo andati noi non era ancora iniziata la vera stagione turistica, ma si sentiva musica anche dai locali vicini fino alle 11 di sera. Il letto matrimoniale è composto da due materassi singoli profondamente separati tra di loro. Le pale ventilatore post sopra il letto hanno un’unica velocità tipo uragano e fanno altrettanto rumore. Il letto dato a mio figlio aveva due molle in rilievo. Non tornerei già per una questione di rumore, ma considerando anche il prezzo pagato non posso lasciare una recensione positiva.

Very disappointing experience at Dorisol Florasol Residence Hotel. The apartment we received was extremely old, outdated, and completely different from the renovated apartment shown in the booking photos. Most importantly, it did not include the balcony that was clearly part of the booking description and voucher. We specifically booked a renovated balcony apartment, but instead we were placed in an old apartment of a much lower standard. From outside the hotel it is clearly visible that most renovated apartments have balconies, yet the hotel still insisted that this was “a Transavia issue” and refused to take any responsibility. The bathroom conditions were also unacceptable. The bathtub/shower drain was blocked, causing water to accumulate while showering, which created both an unhygienic and dangerous situation. What was most shocking was the attitude of the hotel staff. Instead of apologizing or trying to properly solve the issue, they effectively preferred that we leave the hotel — which is ultimately what we had to do. At no point did the hotel apologize for the misleading advertisements and mismatch between the booked accommodation and the actual apartment provided. This completely ruined the beginning of our holiday experience. Would not recommend unless you are prepared to risk receiving an apartment very different from what is advertised.

Lieliskas brokastis, ir gan olas, bekons,desas, dažādi dārzeņi, salāti, augļi, dažreiz pankūkas. Piedavājums nedaidz pa dienām pamainās. Baseins, tīrs,kopts. Arī numuriņi plaši,tīri. Ir autostāvvieta aiz viesnīcas,kas iepriekš jārezervē, 7eur diennakts.

Nav pati modernākā, ir zināms nolietojums,bet labi kopta.

We stayed at the Florasol Residence Hotel Dorisol in Madeira. We had breakfast included, and we stayed with two teenage children. They had their space, we had ours. Rooms were clean, and staff were friendly a specially the bar staff!!!. However, we had an issue with the iron: none was in the room. Reception brought one, but it didn’t work. The next iron we received had a cracked cable and was unsafe. Also, the bedroom felt empty, echoing, and lacked a large mirror. Despite that, the location is excellent, it’s affordable, and breakfasts were tasty. We know the hotel is being renovated. We’d recommend investing in irons and a large mirror.

The reception wasn’t helpful. Don’t try to resolve our problem.
