Lejlighed på 6. etage med stor balkon og udsigt til havet var helt fantastisk. Beliggenheden var helt fantastisk. Adgang til både udendørs- og indendørs pool med jacuzzi var super. Parkering til bil var god. Morgenmad var god.

Ikke alt personale var lige god til at hjælpe samt tale engelsk - eksempelvis da vi havde udfordringer med bestilling af en aktivitet. Vi fik ikke megen information eller pr. definition ingen vedrørende de aktiviteter der foregik i vores ferieperiode - eksempelvis, var der en stor "white party fest" hvor hele øen pr. definition klædte sig på i hvidt og hvor der var live musik etc.

We stayed here for 6 days from Aug 03 - 09 2025. We love staying here. The hotel is clean, quiet, with plenty of parking and the staff is AWESOME! They are always friendly and courteous. Nuno, Maria, Petra and Julia always greeted us with a smile and they helped us a lot. If Fatima is reading this have her give all you guys a huge raise !! One small suggestion - can your hotel upgrade the televisions in the rooms to be Smart TV's? It would be nice to watch movies and shows on the Internet. Again - we love staying here. We live in San Diego California and the trip is long. But when we make it back to Ponta Delgada we'll stay with you again.

"Gutes 4* Hotel in zentraler Lage zu einem noch akzeptablen Preis (unter Berücksichtigung der Nutzung als 4-Bett-Zimmer)"

Großes Zimmer mit 4 sehr bequemen Einzel-Betten. Zentrale Lage nahe am Flughafen, trotzdem sehr leise. Obwohl wir nur ein paar Stunden aufgrund einer Flugverspätung das Zimmer nutzen konnten und sehr früh weiterreisen mussten, wurden uns Frühstückspakete zur Verfügung gestellt.

O pequeno almoço tinha várias opções. Havia muito variedade. Adorei o bolo levedo e os iogurtes produzidos em S Miguel.
