Sao Miguel Park Hotel

Pequeno almoço sem reposição a partir das 10h o que condiciona muito a escolha dos produtos. Pouca variedade e qualidade de produto a desejar para um hotel desta classificação. Maquina de bebidas instantâneas sem opção de galão (foi possivel mas manualmente). Ausência de tostadeira para pão sem ser tipo forma.

Hôtel propre et bien situé ,pas très loin du centre ville .Chambre spacieuse avec balcon .Personnel de la réception agréable .

Hôtel réservé au tourisme de masse .5 à 6 cars tous les jours ! Attente pour déjeuner . Personnel ne parlant pas le français . Attente aux ascenseurs . Petit déjeuner très simple et toujours le même .

The room was not up to par and did not meet expectations or the pictures shown on their website. The room was really dated, the carpet was old and looked very dirty. The washroom countertop was old and stained and our sheets were never changed in the six nights we stayed despite leaving the maid a decent tip every morning. We booked a family room and we got a room with four single beds with one of them a cot that was subpar. We kept our room very clean. And to add fuel to the fire, upon checking in we explained that we only needed the hotel up to Sept. 8th not the 9th and they said they couldn’t refund us for the extra night and that we had to pay the full amount of our stay up front! I explained to them that normal protocol is pay at the time of checkout. They later explained that they would refund the extra night and we thanked them but once again at the time of checkout on Sept. 8th they again refused to give me my refund and told me that I would have to call Expedia if I wanted to be refunded for the night! I was extremely upset and frustrated and vowed never to stay at that hotel nor book through Expedia going forward. Very disappointing.

asked for early check in and a call for when room was ready, never received call. Desk service not friendly at all.

Não gostei do material têxtil aplicado nos pavimentos (carpetes).
