Nice apartment, good location.

No staff available, no desk. The coding system for entrance malfunctioned, and when I notified the manager, she did nothing to help. We had 3 people, were given 2 towels. We asked for a 3rd towel, never received it. No toiletries, very little toilet paper. Plumbing problems with sink and toilet.

Door lock were hard to use & a couple of times I felt I was locked out & when I contacted the property management they told me they’d be there in 10 min then they stopped answering my calls & texted me an hr later to tell me all their staff were gone & to get a knife or something from the street to try!! Luckily there was a man staying there that helped me navigate the old lock to access my room.. otherwise I had no idea what I was going to do!! & in the 12 days I was there no one cleaned my room!!

Good location, friendly staff , quite a bit of noise between rooms , i could hear what people were talking about in tenet room , instead of just taking a deposit they charged me the full amount , my first booking was Jan 7 to Feb 4 was charged the full amount after my reservation was made , i did not appreciate that

Lack of housekeeping Poor Internet

Quiet location in sabalo country , close to good restaurants and bars , staff was very good , two blocks to the beach , lots of hot water , turn handle to the right not to the left like in Canada . Only down side was sound traveled from the adjoining room , big gap between door a floor . Usually neighbours went to sleep before I did so that wasn’t a problem
