breakfeast and dinner was good spa is good as well little crowded and no staff were around to keep people in order rooms were dated and beds were really uncomfortable

staff attitude and they were not really happy to be there accept food and beverage people from Philippines and FandB manager was good in his job

Breakfast was fantastic as was the Spa. All staff are very polite & helpful

It was all very good and would recommend to others and I will stay again when I visit Bansko.

Minor issue was the room was very warm.

L’arredamento nelle camere lascia desiderare. Quando uno prenota in un hotel 5 stelle si aspetta la camera più confortevole, mancano le prese per usare i vari devise devi staccare la televisione.

The breakfast and location from the gondola are exceptional. Spa is also very nice however the large amount of children and noise was a little excessive for a Kempinski hotel.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel can be improved significantly. The lobby and room fitted carpets are dusty and although the 'high touch areas' such as the bed side table and bathroom was clean, dusting and vacuuming needs to be increased significantly as a lot of dust is present in the hotel. Our allergies were heightened throughout our stay because of all the dust. Also, the entire property requires serious updating as it is very out dated. Lastly, the beds, especially the duvet covers, are a little ridiculous considering a king size bed has two small single duvets. Essentially this hotel has a 5 star price tag for a 3 star hotel experience.

We recently stayed at Kempinski Hotel and unfortunately our experience did not meet the expectations of a 5-star property. First, the overall service was disappointing. The staff did not show the level of professionalism, attentiveness, or hospitality that guests normally expect from a luxury hotel. Communication was poor and when we raised concerns, they were not handled properly. In addition, we had a very negative experience with the ski rental service arranged through the hotel. We were charged for the rental, but when the service did not meet what was promised and we requested a refund, it was refused without a proper explanation. This was very frustrating and left us feeling that customer satisfaction was not a priority. For a hotel of this reputation and category, we expected much better service and more responsible handling of guest complaints. Unfortunately, this experience left us very disappointed. They lost us as a customers!!!
