"Pretty Cool Stay"

This was a one night stay. I enjoyed the space of the room. However, kind of dated. Carpet could use a little cleaning. The breakfast was nice. They should cook the potatoes longer lol. All in all, I'd book again. Staff was nice.

It was a nice stay. Friendly, helpful staff and good breakfast. None of the smoothies that are in the pictures, but still nice. The beds left a little to be desired and the smallish pool room was stifling hot, smelled funny, and the water was cold. But we still swam!

Terrible hotel. I've been using Hilton properties for years, and this was my worst experience. No hot water; no shampoo in their "new and improved, better for the environment" mounted dispensers; cooling unit was on the fritz, soaked our carpet; asked to move to another room via phone call - they told me they were busy and that they would call back...they did not, so we had to go down and demand service. Worst of all? 45,000 points for this train wreck of a room. I've was Diamond level for years... now the Marriott is going to get my business.
