When I reached the hotel, I had neen driving for 12 hours. I was tired and wanted a shower and to sleep. The lady that checked me in saw this and quickly got me set up and to my room in less than 2 minutes. Fastest check in ever for me anywhere.
Terrible breakfast. Processed cheese omelets were disgusting. Coffee was luke warm. When notified, staff brought out another container of luke warm coffee.
My husband I travel around US quite frequently - from just weekend trips to family trips to softball tournaments. We always look for a Hampton Inn- they are consistent in their cleanliness, updated, nice breakfast, and friendly staff. Rooms are generous in size and bathrooms always look very nice.
Quiet and clean
Basically a good hotel with easy I-10 access. Staff was friendly and check-in was fast. Bed was comfortable and room was basically clean except some toothpaste on the side of the bathroom faucet from a previous guest. . We didn’t stay for the breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Hard to give 5 stars to a place that fronts the highway but for the area it’s as good as or better than the other choices. I would stay there again while passing through.

Hotel staff very nice, breakfast didn’t get restocked but, we did enjoy the pool. Sadly no hot tub . Was mentioned in booking but none on property. Was a quiet and nice stay. Over we plan on staying again if needed.
Someone above us was extremely noisy while we were resting and we had to call 3 times for them to do something about it. We even asked to be moved and nothing happened.
Breakfast bar was awesome
