Excelente todo. Me voy pero vuelvo. Cada día renovaba mí estadía. Se siente hogar. Y todo el equipo súper amable. El asado de Nelson, debería ser declarado de interés municipal ! Gracias! ♥️

Excellent location and clean. Saw regular cleaning taking place, however they sometimes do it around 9am in the morning so you end up crossing wet floors whilst trying to get ready or the bins have been emptied and you're filling them whilst sorting your luggage. Obviously it's great to have clean facilities regularly but a consideration when the hostel is full. Shared wardrobe in the bedroom and individual locked cabinets. 4 bed dorm was very spacious. Hand towel in the bathroom - you won't believe how rare this is in hostels! Left over toiletries available- better for the environment and also stops other travellers always having to buy full sized products. Happy to see my left over shampoo potentially being used by others. Staff were lovely and helpful - good reception area and the communal area and kitchen were well used.

Not really terrible, but maybe some next steps and tips for other travellers. No lifts so consider how much luggage you have. No free standing hook to hang wet towels/ coats - you wouldn't want these inside the wardrobe.

A recepção foi muito acolhedora, o quarto era confortável e amplo. Banheiros limpos.

Foi tudo a contento.

It has a lovely little garden.

Veeery worn out, almost everything in this hostel. Too short beds (I'm 187 cm) I have no idea how such a propery has so high rating (8+). 6 would be more realistic.
