We had a wonderful stay at Manina! It is a well equipped studio, close to many city buses and the metro and, of course, the sea front. The host was very kind and helpful and made us instantly feel at ease!

The bed is very comfortable.

There was one time, someone searching for the owner, and as a solo female traveler it was not very comfortable. Perhaps you can put a sign at the door or indicate that the house is currently occupied by renter so do not disturb them?
