"Excellent"

Location was close to family. Breakfast choices were excellent. Cumberland across the street for gas in rental car and snacks. Housekeeping was accommodating during our 4 night stay. We’ve stayed here numerous times and will continue.

Had to cancel my reservation apon check in,due to not being able to have a 4 am shuttle.,front desk said they would take care of it when the night auditor came in after midnight and Email me.Never heard back

I was not expecting anything luxurious, but unfortunately this stay was very disappointing. The room was not very clean. The mattress had visible stains, there was hair in the bathtub and bathroom, and the toilet seat was broken. The pool water also did not look well maintained. The worst part was during breakfast: while we were at the buffet with my kids, we saw a mouse running around in the dining area. That was completely unacceptable and very concerning, especially with children present. We immediately went back to our room, packed our bags, and checked out early. This was not a comfortable or hygienic experience, and I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families with children.

"pool out of order"

I picked this hotel because they have a pool and an airport shuttle. The 3 days that I was there, the pool was out of order. When we checked in at about 6 on fri. nobody was at the front desk so I could get a key, as I was having trouble getting it with my phone. Finally, after about 30 minutes a girl showed up and acted mad that we had bothered her. The breakfast was also not good. 2 over ripe bananas and a couple apples isn't what I would call fresh fruit.

"Try again"

We stay here often and first bad experience. Got to our room and smelled like mold badly. Luckily able to move to another room. Sheets had black marks all over them, they seemed to be clean, looked like oil stains.
