Super 8 by Wyndham Watseka

This hotel was a nice oasis for us when we came to town after the death of a relative. The front desk staff and housekeeping were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is simple but adequate. We loved the cappuccino machine! It was very convenient to use and great for the cold temps. Our TV had a problem and they fixed it right away. Highly recommend this property.

The rooms really need an update.

This motel was extremely clean and comfortable. Th staff was very friendly and helpful. A great place to stay when traveling across Hwy 24 in northern Illinois. A very budget friendly place that is right along the highway. Options for dining within walking distance.

Easy to find. Comfy and clean rooms. A good selection for breakfast. Everything worked in the rooms. Quiet room after dealing with road construction.

I’m a middle aged woman who was traveling alone. When I mentioned I was traveling alone, the owners/managers put me in a room right across from the lobby and the woman let me know I was in the room next to theirs. I found this quite kind and thoughtful. The next day, I needed 2 documents printed and the gentleman working the counter took care of that for me, too. It might not be the fanciest hotel, but my room’s shower had great water pressure, a quiet in-room air unit, a well cleaned room and the hotel has staff committed to fantastic customer service. I’d lodge there again if I return to Watseka. FYI, there’s a gas station/convenience store right next door and a Mexican restaurant across the street. A McDonalds is walking distance away and you’re only 2 miles from a WalMart super center, so the hotel is also very conveniently located.

Bed were a little outdated. Rolled into the middle. It was clean though.

It was nice & quiet. It's sad deal that they didn't have the spa open. But at least they let us get our already paid for room 12 & half hours after the check in time. But when you can't smoke inside (which we both smoke) & it smelled like cigarette smoke. We aired it out (by opening the 🪟 and🚪) helped but then we could smell like musky /mold
