The room was nice, heat was easy to adjust, bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean & well stocked. The parking was good, well lit & felt secure, lobby is well maintained & staff were friendly & efficient. Check-in & check-out were easy.

Our room was located at the back of the hotel, RIGHT OVER the delivery or garbage collection area. VERY noisy, early in the morning. Also, why only 1 regular and 1 DECAF coffee supplied in the room? It was not good tasting coffee anyway. For what the room cost, nearly $250, I would think Coast Hotels could afford a few extra cents for even slightly better tasting coffee, and two of each. (To be honest, it was undrinkable, we threw it out)

"EXCELLENT STAY WITH FANTASTIC SERVICE"

I had a wonderful stay at the Coast Langley City Hotel. The location is ideal, offering plenty of parking and easy walking distance to local cafes, restaurants, and shops.  Our check-in experience was smooth. Although we originally booked a double queen room, the staff was incredibly flexible and pleasant when we requested an upgrade to a King room with a city view. They accommodated us immediately without any issues.  The room itself was spacious, clean, and filled with natural light. It was well-equipped with tea and coffee facilities, as well as an iron. The heating and air conditioning worked perfectly, though it is worth noting there is no bidet in the bathroom.  Housekeeping was a highlight—the attendant was very friendly and proactively provided extra bottled water and coffee. While the breakfast room has a limited menu (primarily basic toast, eggs, and coffee), the server was lovely and made the experience pleasant. Overall, a great choice for comfort and convenience. 🥰❤️🇨🇦
