Good location and nice view. Could hear noise from other rooms. Uncomfortable pillows. A huge spider was in the room.

"Nice view but basic."

The location with a balcony on the water was the best. So nice to see the water right out the window or from the deck chairs. The bed was very comfortable.

Toilet and sink were dated. Sink with a large Crack. Toilet kept running. Microwave was very old.

We loved the view from the 3rd floor balcony. We enjoyed the peaceful quiet water side. Room was clean. Comfortable bed. Bars of soap were okay, but kinda small. Shower hardly any pressure. Pressure toilet was awkward type of flushing but figure it out. TV didnt work, but wasnt planning on to much TV anyway. Outside area walk ways and parking lot seem weathered, and dirty with a lots of trash all over parking. Dont know how to rate, but if 1 to 10 I say 6. Mainly because the water view out the back side of hotel. I truly believe this hotel is not reaching it potential, because whats visible as you drive by could be improved vastly by cleaning up the trash, sweeping the walkways, perhaps taking a rug doctor to the outside carpets, and lastly, a little paint goes a long way.
