- Power was off for half a day, no measures were taken to ensure guests were taken care of or any discounts applied. - Restaurant closes very early, especially for a Spanish establishment. - Waiters and front desk were very short staffed. Waiters weren't very friendly. - Guest facilities and their use weren't explained properly or made you feel welcome
