So eine ungewöhnlich große Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet mit Lachs und Avocados findet man selten in Italien, schon gar nicht um diesen sehr fairen Preis! Sehr hilfsbereites Service am Empfang.

The restaurant staff were fantastic; Marco and his team did a GREAT job. Food and wine delicious. The front desk staff (Christian, and whomever the woman working the morning we departed was) — were terrible. Poor communications. Poor accountability. Rude. Stay there if you want a late ‘90’s comfortable hotel.

Front desk committed to arranging my luggage to be shipped to the next hotel. “I will make all the arrangements…do not worry about it” I arrived at my destination only to find the front desk did NOTHING. I called to inquire. Christian said, “I spoke with my colleague…must have been a misunderstanding” It was a BS response. When I told him she said “I will make the arrangements..” that equals someone taking responsibility for the action, not some misunderstanding. I had to pay 60 Euro to have someone retrieve it and drive 14km. In hospitality its the service that people remember.

albergo in posizione comoda, a 3 minuti dal centro storico di s sepolcro. Camere decorose e puliti con tutti i confort. Colazione ottima con un buffet dove non mancava nulla dal dolce al salato. Personale gentilissimo. Qualità - prezzo ottima

The hotel is very nice our room was very very nice and cosy, the hotel would deserve a bit of touch of 2025 but it is still ok. Very good breakfast with anything you need( avocado, smoked salmon, cakes, etc.)

The shower was not working properly. The pressure was extremely small and the hot and cold water was taking a turns on us so it was boiling hot for a minute and then ice cold for next minute.

Hotel con ampio parcheggio in zona tranquilla ,camera ampia e con tutti i confort ,ristorante di buon livello e colazione soddisfacente
