"Bon rapport qualité/prix pour l’emplacement"

L’emplacement proche de l’eau et pas trop proche de la zone touristique d’Airlie Beach. On a aussi aimé la piscine car elle était très peu occupée, propre et jolie. On a particulièrement apprécié la jovialité du personnel et la réactivité du service maintenance (pour un évier bouché). On a aussi pu profiter du happy hour quotidien sur les boissons.

Devoir traverser la route en face de l’hôtel sans passage piéton en courant pour éviter le trafic (très dangereux). Le personnel qui effectue le nettoyage des chambres ne nous a jamais répondu lorsqu’on leur disait bonjour (c’est arrivé trois fois). La porte de douche est mal montée et ne peut pas se fermer à cause des joints trop larges. De ce fait l’eau fuit en dehors de la douche et stagne sur le sol de la salle de bain car elle ne s’évacue pas non plus vers le drain central. Il y a aussi beaucoup de calcaire sur la robinetterie et de moisissures dans la douche. Netflix n’est pas disponible directement sur la TV, il faut se connecter à Google pour télécharger l’appli chaque fois qu’on allume la TV.
