The reception staff were very helpful

Room was smelly, Breakfast buffet was terrible, had to move room on first night there as the room was very unpleasant and lady in next room was smoking and I’m a non smoker and the hotel is supposed to be non smoking?

Great breakfast, very friendly staff, nice pool and plants around, easy access to room. Bed comfortable and cozy

Spa was not very heated and quite cold. No Netflix or Disney channels. No blinds in bathroom window For the price breakfast could have been included. 100 dollar deposit coming from my account straight away is a bit to much for some. It should only come off as 1 dollar and in case of damage the value of damage should come off.

It’s not in Airlie Beach. It’s quite far out of town.
