Rooms & facilities exceptionally clean. Check in / out staff super friendly & helpful especially Tracy in reception and Rosi in the bar.. Loungers are comfortable. Gym facilities were good. Fresh towels everyday and housekeeping were great. We stayed here for 4 nights and moved to another hotel in Portal Nous for 3 nights, if I had my time back I wouldn't have moved.

Clutching at straws to find negatives but some bar staff were very slow / seemed disinterested but could have been a language barrier too.

Great location, lots going on (not that I joined in much) pool area was good, rooms were spacious enough, but very clean, pool bar was good, and never queued more than a minute or two!

Queued up for 15 minutes at reception to check in - to be told I was next door in Sol 2 (obviously unaware they were seperate) wandered next door, which then took another 15 minutes to actually check in, for some reason. Which was rather frustrating.
