District Hotel by OYO Portland Convention Center

This property is good for price but don’t expect much. They could Upgrade the beds.

Yeah I messed up getting this reservation smelled like cigarettes were smoked throughly through the building and dont get me started about the homeless camp out back this place really needs help...

the beds had stains as if they didn't clean the sheets or pillow cases and the king bed was so worn out it felt like there was a hole in the bed, other than that it was nice

They never came to clean my room, the TV was stuck on one channel and had no remote. They gave me a replacement remote but it was incompatible with my TV. The towels were tiny.

The front desk staff person was very helpful. I forgot my phone charger and the front desk person loaned me one. Room and bath were clean.

The floor was so gross I couldn't take my socks off. Bed was comfy. Homeless people all around. Good location. Would go back if I needed such a cheap room ever again.

It is nice for a one night stay but just know alot of things need to be updated and repaired and need a lot more thorough cleaning.

The photos listed were from 9 years ago and while it lists this on the picture there has been no upkeep since then. There were broken down cars in the parking lot even.

Dirty bedding with that the maid service never switched out. Maid service that never came and cleaned the room even after front desk request. Dirty and dingy room and hallways. Terrible experience overall.

This hotel was dirty and outdated. There were people smoking crack in the parking lot and a group of homeless people across the street at the 7-11 who created a large mess with garbage and their belongings. I felt filthy the moment I got there. Close to Moda which was nice (we stayed for a concert), but that was the only good thing to say about this dump. Not suitable for children, for sure!!!! Very creepy. Won’t be returning.
