Minnewaska Lodge

I LOVED the location- right near the forest, and with a nice trail right there and the accommodations were very clean and comfortable, with plenty of outdoor seating and the firepits! I was pleased that the breakfast had gluten-free and dairy-free options- very good coffee.

Spectacular little hotel at the base of the 'Gunks! Very comfortable rooms, excellent front-desk service. The quiet rooms, the beautiful views of the mountains and the fireflies in the fire pit area were real highlights for us. Will stay here again when we are in the area.

We've stayed here before and once again the front desk was very accommodating, the room is clean, beds comfy,pillows are awesome. I'm looking forward to the view and breakfast in the morning. Oh, also....very convenient to Minnewaska. Love it here!

The lodge is beautiful. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the view of the cliffs from the balcony and relaxing in the nice comfy chairs. We also enjoyed sitting out back around the fire pit. Breakfast was good with many options. There are a few nice walking trails on the property and many hiking trails in the area. There is a very good German restaurant across the street. The town of New Paltz is about 20 minutes away and has many dining options and shopping.

A truly beautiful spot, and friendly, helpful staff.

This is a really cute and clean property! The large common areas are very lodge-like and breakfast is good too. The staff is very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this for a couple of days to relax.
