I loved EVERYTHING AND WILL DEFINITELY BE STAYING AGAIN

There was nothing I didn't like

The property is nice. I wish there were more views and the other areas were more functional. A lot of the area were worn down and dated. There could be more play areas for kids. The books didn’t have any shading

It was conformable and inna convenient location.

I liked that there were lots of things to do at the resort, which is why we chose it. The location was good because it was near the aquarium and the fort and there were lots of restaurants nearby. The gym was a decent size and it looked somewhat taken care of.

I did not like that the pool was closed for some type of maintenance. I did not like that no one was at in the office when we got there and there were no directions for after hours check-ins. I did not like that we reserved a room for three people but one person had to use the pull out couch which gave no room to walk to the door. I did not like that when I finally found the sheets for the pullout bed in the bedroom closet that they had blood on them. I did not like that when I went to exchange the sheets and comforter for clean ones that the lady gave me attitude. That was until she realized what the problem was and then changed her attitude real fast. The resort could be very nice but it looks like it's just in decline and maybe getting ready to shut down. It looked like part of the place was being renovated and turned into apartments. I also didn't like that I had to pay for parking for each day we were there. I thought that should have been included. It would have also been nice if there was a restaurant at the resort so that we didn't have to go out and find food. It was surrounded by places to eat, so that was fine. However, if we would not have had a car, it would not have been fine.

I love the Peppertree! We always had an amazing room with great accommodations.

The specific room I got on this last occasion did not have a spacious master. The door was hitting the bed and the ac was not cooling. There was no ceiling fan in the master. All of that together made me uncomfortable for that trip.

I liked the location. Easy to locate.

The room was not clean well. We pulled our covers back to get into bed and the top sheet for mattress had a blood spot, this was upsetting because front office was already closed so we couldn't call anyone. I slept on the one side of the bed and my husband had to lay on the sofa. The next morning we contacted the front office, they sent someone to clean it. I feel like this place really misrepresented themselves. Will not go back.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Glad there was an indoor pool that was heated, as it was a bit chilly during our stay. Propery had plenty of outdoor areas to relax in, and our room was very close to the beach access.

Nitpicking here, because we were pleased with our stay. There was construction that impeded use of some stairs, but the elevator and alternate stairwell were open. We would have like to have had a hot tub, but it appears that was removed due to ongoing construction. Also, the coffee machine was cumbersome to use, and an electric kettle/tea pot would have been a nice addition in the kitchen.
