"Trevligt hotell i lugnt område "

Det här är ett bra och trevligt hotell. Vi bodde med utsikt över poolen och golfbanan. Vi hade gärna ätit frukost och middag ute på terrassen, men det var tidigt på säsongen.

"Bad service "

The staff at the check in and reception was very unfriendly and had low service Our room smelled from earlier guests who had smoked in the room though. We wanted a non smoking room. They sent somebody to spray the room with a terrible spray after a long time we got a new room also smoking room, The hotel service and staff does not live up to a 5 star hotel

Unterkunft renovierungsbedürftig. Verpflegung (HP) bei weitem nicht so, wie man in einem 5* Hotel erwartet. Für Einzelreisende und Paare nicht geeignet, da überwiegend Gruppenreisende dort absteigen, die Bars und Restaurant dominieren und einen sehr hohen Lärmpegel verursachen. Viele hielten sich nicht an die vorgegebenen Essenszeiten und es waren daher zeitweise keine Plätze im Restaurant verfügbar. Das Management hat hilflos reagiert.

"Para disfrutar de un gran descanso"

Muy buenas instalaciones, grandes zonas verdes, una piscina rodeada de naturaleza, las terrazas muy acogedoras, buena comida y sobre todo muy buen servicio a costa del personal del hotel, un lugar para relajarse y disfrutar de un buen descanso.

"We will definitely be returning!"

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. We really liked the pool area and amenities. The staff at the dinner buffet were absolutely amazing and helped us enjoy delicious food in spite of some severe food allergies. Staff at breakfast and dinner and also the room cleaning staff were all lovely and we will definitely be back again!
