Belo Vula Resort

I was upgraded to a fantastic room facing the water. It was very quiet with very few staying. The swimming pool was lovely. It was helpful that breakfast was included as well as water taxi transport.

The island is run down post Covid. The walking trails do not exist any more. The website indicates a substantial menu with a variety of costs, however there is only a limited all day menu and everything is $30 FJ. There are some specials that are $45 FJ. Because of the cost I chose not to have lunch. The jetty was destroyed during a recent cyclone, so it was hard for me to navigate getting in and out of the water taxi.

It was more authentic and rustic, than a fancy hotel

We had a wonderful stay we had at the resort. A special thank you goes out to your incredible staff, who went above and beyond to keep us safe and well-fed during the recent cyclone devastation. Their kindness and dedication did not go unnoticed and made our experience more memorable.

Despite some confusion regarding the boat schedule, where we were informed by the captain that the last boat was at 8 PM instead of 12 AM service.

We expected more varieties as we had a diabetic person with us. There should have been dishes like fry or boil eggs or sausages to be taken with bread.different types of sandwiches would have been grateful. And the meal price for locals should be more cheaper. Different types of drinks should be readily available including water, fiji water is quite expensive so aqua safe should provided at cheaper price. But facility was amazing especially the swimming pool.Thank you very much for that.

Rubbish bins should be provided. We paid hefty amount but my kids were not able to use the inflatable slides thou we requested the staffs but still no one available to pump it. And all the rooms should be provided with a door mat.

It was a lot going on I got bit up real bad that bugs in the bed they cut the air out at 7:00 in the morning and then turn it on until 6:00 then fed me spoiled food and they kept charging my card which they already got their money for there was no ice it was very hot human they never came and changed the sheets they never gave me toilet paper but the people was nice but it was just all about money I couldn't enjoy myself

I didn't like that they cut the air off at 7:00 in the morning and then turn it on to 6:00 at night they didn't come in and change the sheets they didn't come in and clean they expect me spoiled food and all they cared about was money I was hot I was ate up at bugs in the room the place is beautiful the atmosphere is beautiful the town is beautiful but this place needs a lot of work how they treat their people and staff
