Hilton Garden Inn Albany

Ebony provided truly exceptional customer service during our stay. From the moment we checked in, she was welcoming, professional, patient, and incredibly accommodating. She went above and beyond to help make sure everything worked out smoothly for our family, and her kindness genuinely made our travel weekend much easier. She also took the time to provide recommendations and helpful information about the area, which we really appreciated. Employees like Ebony truly make a lasting impression.

The location is nice, next a riverwalk thats about 2.5 miles long. I like the suite which was basically an oversized room with insufficient lighting. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Parking surprisingly was not free considering Albany is not exactly the center of the Universe.

The rooms were clean lobby was clean

Having a room with overgrown trees when you can’t see out of the window $10 for parking two vehicles that was $20 a night 1699 for breakfast for each family member so roughly my one night is almost $300 which is totally not worth it

I stayed here one night with my Mother and Aunt. The hotel has a really pretty lobby and dining area. We stayed on the 5th floor, one room with 2 double beds. The room had nice furnishings, was clean and smelled fresh. The beds were very comfortable. Our room overlooked the Ray Charles Memorial across the street. We had breakfast downstairs the next morning and it was delicious! I want to say a special thank you to Ebony and Diana at the front desk and to Tony, Ms. Brenda, and Luis at the hotel restaurant. They were all so kind and made us feel welcome. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Location was incredible. Beautiful river walk directly across the street. Restaurant and all amenities were very nice. The staff were top notch professionals.

I would like to leave the biggest and the most nicest review for Taylor S . I was having a bad day and even tho I was having a bad day Taylor was very patient and I’m am truly grateful for it all ! Thank you Taylor for everything 🫶🏽

We’ve been staying at this Hilton for the past 5 years, and the service has been amazing every single time. Ms. Gibson, Lee, Jabari, and Ms. Ann always go above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. Their professionalism, kindness, and consistency are truly appreciated. It’s because of staff like them that we continue coming back year after year. Thank you all for making every stay feel like home!
