Hotel Fars Hatt

I reserved a double room and a triple room for 5 days. Before reserving the triple room, I called the call center to check that the room had three single beds. The response was positive, and I reserved the room. The night we arrived at the hotel, we were given the wrong triple room, with one double bed and one single bed. I called the call center again and was told that we had been given the wrong room and that they would resolve the issue in the morning. The next day, I was informed that they did not have rooms with three single beds and that I would have to pay for an extra room if I wanted another bed. Very confusing information, there is never any staff on site, the staff that is there during breakfast never knows anything and is not very helpful, every time you call to speak to someone at the hotel they answer from other hotels and have no idea what is going on at the hotel, it is better to change the rating from three stars to two stars, it seems that they are deceiving people, very disappointed that such a beautiful old structure of a hotel is so poorly maintained

Fantastiskt fint läge

Väldigt nedgånget, ingen renovering på väldigt länge. Det kändes väldigt sunkigt.

Fick ett rum med en pytteliten säng som vi var två vuxna som skulle sova i, sedan gick toaletten sönder och vi fick byta rum till övervåningen. Vi fick ett bättre rum men det luktade avlopp på badrummet så det gick inte att vara där med stängd dörr. Hissen fungerade inte heller och det var bara en lampa som var hel. fullt med dammråttor under sängen. Frukosten var jättedålig både utbudet och det som serverades, brödet var torrt och hårt och kaffet smakade bränt usch! Sedan måste jag säga att personalen var trevliga och vi fick hjälp snabbt när vi måste byta rum. Badrummen borde renoveras, städningen skulle vara bättre och frukosten annars ligger hotellet väldigt fint, så synd på allt annat.

Hotellet börjar bli nergånget, pratar bara engelska i receptionen. Badrum i upplösningstillstånd. Dålig service. Frukosten var bara ok.

Frukosten usel. Inga handdukar på rummen.
