Shady deposit “system” they charge a deposit at their own whim, say they will return it in 7-10 days, then still not return it after 16 days until I demanded it. Blamed delay on “human error” and “how many check outs they had that day,” neither of which are the costumers problem. Room smelled funky. On the plus side there are good restaurants in walking distance.

Pets stay for cheap.

Rooms very hot upon arrival. Advertised a pool but it’s really a small hot tub only. Makes a big difference with kids. Room only had a bar of soap. Bring your own pillows. 6am door slamming by the cleaners. I know this because it was the cleaning supply closet door that I kept hearing slam close.

i appreciated the hot tub...even in the summer! and the coffee pot. LACKED any USB ports to plug in to charge devices.

No breakfast. Only junk food vending machines. No soap until I asked for it. No shampoo or lotion at all. It did have ok in room coffee. One luggage cart that I had to find for myself near one of the exists.
