The Georgian Lakeside Resort

We loved this place! Its a 10/10 for Lake George! The private beach was convenient and it was super easy to rent kayaks, paddle boards etc. It is conveniently located to the main area with restaurants and shops, just a quick walk up the street. There are tons of things to do in the area. Hotel was clean, beds were pretty comfy. The restaurant onsite served breakfast, lunch and dinner. There was a pool bar and seating near the pool to grab lunch easily. Only complaints: wifi was a little spotty and the parking is a little tight. But overall, highly recommend!

The room was very standard. Nothing to speak off other than that you should have a safe in every room. That was very lacking. There was a lot of space in the room that wasnt used. Lighting in the room was not good. The curtain seperators should go from either end, so no one can stare in the middle. Some table and chairs wouldn't hurt. Staff was amazing and our one complaint was handled quickly and professionally. Dont put single couples in adjoining rooms.

Just an overall dirty and unkempt area, rooms have one dim light and lamps that don’t do anything, the rooms all have a mild to strong stench, and issues with AC and other issues take far too long resolve.

Nice property with small lake area for wading and a decent pool. Biggest complaint is how thin the walls in our room were. We could hear everything in our neighbor's room (late night TV, talking at a normal volume, doors opening...) which impacted sleep quality.

The pool and beach area is very nice and the motel is close to down down area. The room was partly updated. The floor in my room was very dirty so was the toilet. They charge $10 cash deposit for beach towels. After check out you can not stay on the premises. The staff was not very friendly. The restaurant was very nice with decent food and friendly service. Bottom line is I would never stay there again. It was basically a glorified motel.

Property was clean, our room was very noisy due to a staircase next to it. Foot traffic was noisy and loud into the night. Restaurant was under staffed.

Room was fine and location was great

We loved everything about this property! The kids loved the lake and the pool, it was convenient to walk to stores. The rooms were really nice, except we had problems with multiple bugs in our room, i dont even know what kind of bugs they were. 2 different types, one was a millipede looking bug. We had to kill a good amount but other than that we would definitely come back!

The overall experience at the hotel was very good. Clean friendly staff. Hotel amenities dining and the pool and area was excellent. Price was very reasonable. Would surely stay their again.
