The hotel is old

We enjoyed our stay at the Georgian! The rooms are very basic hotel room style without any Adirondack or Lake George atmosphere/vibe; however, it was nice to have the dining options, bar, beach, pool, and options for kayaking and paddleboarding right on site.

Room was a nice updated room. However, the grounds around the pool area need an update

The proximity of the lake probably is the only positive aspect. For the rest, it was a terrible experience. Overcrowded, noisy, poor service and food (especially at breakfast), and most of all a very unpleasant experience upon departure. We were asked rather aggressively to not only leave the room at check out time (no flexibility whatsoever) but the resort as well due to a lack of space in parking and around the pool for the next customers. Bottom line, do avoid and try other spots around the lake. There are plenty.

The pool is right there and or beach is right there. Food was great and has a bar between the beach and pool.

Great spot for families - our 5 and 10 year old absolutely loved it. Super convenient for walking through the village. The food at the cabana was outstanding and the servers were incredibly friendly. The hotel itself could use a little TLC (our door didn't shut all of the way and the second floor deck was loud and spongey in spots), but the beds were comfortable. We would stay here again.

Second time staying here and enjoyed it both times Clean and well maintained
