"Warm and friendly Inn in the heart of Gainesville"

The Inn is located in the heart of Gainesville. The grounds are beautiful with several special spots to relax and enjoy the trees, fountains, and gardens. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We used their bicycles to ride the Hawthorne State Trail, which was very enjoyable and convenient to the Inn. We will definitely be visiting them again!

Beautiful "campus" of houses and rooms. Excellent location near everything at University of Florida. Much better than staying at a hotel! Great breakfast included.

"Going back in time while traveling for pleasure or business!"

Everything from the moment I enter the property with the car to the moment I exit and said “goodbye” it was an incredible experience in an house/hotel managed by beautiful people! Everyone was extraordinary knowledgeable and friendly!

The only thing I didn’t like was the moment I had to leave the property!!
