If you are OK with driving offsite for most meals and groceries, the SurfWatch is great! It's beautiful, clean and comfortable. Bike and beach chair rentals were easy and affordable. The only restaurant on the property was only open for lunch through happy hour. The market was very small and had mostly snack food (not even milk) - not what we have seen in markets of other condo-style resorts, especially with no restaurant.

Location was excellent--right on the beach! Best part was the EV charger that made the cost of travel much much less than if we had to pay for all charging, and way less than an ICE vehicle.

Add a 2nd EV charger per building--I was always worried someone would take the EV charger space. As more and more people buy EVs this will become a necessity soon.
