Really easy to get to and very close to the beach. Room was simple but OK for a short stay.

TV was not working and glasses were placed directly on top of the toilet flushing cistern (no tray, not even a tissue below them), which looked unhygienic to us.

Too hot and small pool We believe that there should be a small fridge in every room

The swimming pool and sauna were a great addition and the location is perfect.

We paid £48 for breakfast for two days. The first day, the bread was mouldy and completely put me off eating anything. The second day, there was a hair on the sausages so again didn’t eat anything. Felt like a waste of money. The pillows were like concrete and really hard to sleep on.

Staff were so helpful . The restaurant for breakfast was spotless and comfortable, the staff were on top of everything. The breakfast was excellent, it was nice to go to the self service counter and find the plates warm/hot, bravo!

Our room needed a bit of attention, Room 200. I know it's was probably the cheapest room in the hotel, hence looking out over a blank wall and fire escape of the building next door about eight feet away, but when looking out of the window there was the biggest lump of bird poo I've ever seen in my life, plus the outside of the windows were filthy, I accept the miserable weather probably didn't help. The bathroom needs a bit of attention on the skirting boards. The spa room and pool.. The steam room was out of order and the swimming pool has a few tiles missing, wich could be dangerous. You may ask did I report any of this at the Reception? No! Being as the rooms are cleaned after every use and the pool I would assume at least 2-3 times a week then surely these these things have been noticed and reported by the staff who tend them. Just small things, I know, but it make all the difference to paying guests.

Breakfast was good. Like the spa shame the steam room wasn’t working. Gym was good.

The pillows are really hard had to go buy some to use. Think the hotel needs a bit of a refresh lots of marks on the walls and holes in some of the carpets.

Nothing of the hotel but a guest we think a drunk one tried to get into the room in the middle of the night but later we heard rummaging upstairs so prob just got the wrong floor!!

Nice and close to the beach

Staff are great, location very good and parking a plus. Breakfast including the staff each morning were good and very friendly. Rooms are a decent size and room facilities etc. are good.
