A valid ID must be shown upon check-in. We will not accept groups of 6 people or more without prior agreement. Groups that are of the nature and style of Stag and Hen parties will not be allowed to check in to the hotel upon arrival irrespective of any booking they may have. Please note that the maximum occupancy per room is including children. There is limited paid parking parking on site, on a first-come, first-served basis. Any charges for extra beds will be taken locally at the hotel. Please note that due to the style of the building, this property may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment. Guests should kindly note that the hotel's spa treatment rooms are very popular and get booked far in advance. The property strongly recommends guests to book a treatment by telephone at the earliest opportunity. The hotel cannot offer any guarantees there will be availability of treatments during the guest's stay as the appointments are sold on a first come, first served basis. The checkout time for the car park on your last day will be midday, or further charges will apply. In order to receive access to a discounted rate, please pay at the hotel reception on arrival, informing them of your registration number. Failure to do so will result in a parking fine. The Swimming pool is free of charge for all hotel guests and open from 7 am until 9 pm. Children are able to use the pool until 6.30 pm each day accompanied by an adult. There is limited paid parking parking on site at £15.00 per 24 hours. Alternative parking can be found on the side streets around the hotel. When booking a group of rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
