The staff was friendly and helpful, as we booked this hotel for an extra night as we are staying at the Samoa in Cales de Mallorca and both hotels commucated well and got us booked in very quick. The room was comfortable and clean.

propers was very pretty and clean

one specific staff member, long black hair guy that works at the desk. very very rude and discriminative, made our whole experience very uncomfortable
