+ die phantastische Lage direkt an der Bucht von Cala Millor + die Ruhe in dem kleinen Ort Costa des Pins + das megafreundliche und kompetente Personal, das immer ein Lächeln auf dem Gesicht hatte + das komfortable, moderne und geräumige Zimmer mit super Blick auf die Bucht + das üppige Frühstücks-und Abendbuffet + die gemütliche Poollandschaft mit vielen schattigen Liegen ohne nervige Handtuchreservierungen + der grosse Spa-Bereich, den wir leider aus Zeitmangel nicht wirklich nutzen konnten + die abendliche Unterhaltung mit guter Livemusik + die Hotel-Umgebung mit drei sehr guten externen Restaurants + am letzten Morgen wurde uns um 5.30 Uhr im Restaurant ein eigener Frühstückstisch gedeckt ❤️❤️❤️

- die nervige Warterei auf die zwei Aufzüge, die nicht synchronisiert sind (daher waren immer beide Aufzüge zu den gleichen Stockwerken unterwegs) Hier könnte eine technische Softwarelösung für eine bessere Synchronisation sorgen. - die Parkplatzsituation, die aufgrund der eigenartigen Anordnung der Stellplätze entsteht, hier stellen sich die Fahrzeuge gegenseitig zu, weil die Plätze zu unübersichtlich angeordnet sind. Zudem sind die Parkplatz-Markierungen nicht für die heutige Grösse der Autos gedacht. Hier könnte eine KI mit dem Parkplatzgrundriss eine optimalere Aufteilung automatisch erstellen.
