"Great overnight stay "

I had a great overnight stay. I arrived just before 11 pm and the check-in process was super easy and got me to my room quickly. Once in the room it was clean and very comfortable. The bed was amazing and I slept great and woke up feeling refreshed. The breakfast staff was very thoughtful and noticed I was in a hurry and pointed out they offered "to go" sandwiches which was perfect for my needs. The check-out process was as smooth as the check-in process and I was out the door quickly and on with my day in no time. This will be a go to hotel for me when in the Atlanta area.

"Bad"

The power went out during a storm at 5am and the staff was invisible. Power was still out when we left at 9am. Had to dress and pack in the dark, get our luggage down the steps (no elevator)(no emergency lights)(I fell)(no staff assistance from anyone. No one came around to the rooms to check on us. The clerk could offer no help except for us to contact the management who were nowhere to be found.

"Stormy Weather "

Excellent location close to shops and restaurants. Major storms caused power outage. Staff responded the best they could. Friendly and professional throughout a difficult situation. We will be back.

"Good Choice For Business"

Nice business hotel away from chaos of McDonough. The night person Andrea is incredible and very knowledgeable and helpful. It’s close to several businesses in Locust Grove including Tanger Outlets! A great place to get a good nights sleep and relax a bit while on business

"Locust Grove Stay"

Hotel is clean and staff friendly and professional. Free breakfast is well presented and decent for what it is — Terry who is the preparer does a great job and cares. Hotel is not brand new, but well maintained. Very close (2 mins from interstate). Well worth the cost.

"Great first time stay"

Nice hotel. We were on our way home to Indiana from a cruise in Florida. We had a large loyalty upgrade room, perfect for watching the Super Bowl. Very friendly staff. Great Mexican food next door. Good breakfast. We would definitely stay again.

"Probably won’t use Booking.com next time"

The breakfast was the usual as expected.

We had a family emergency and had to cut our trip short. We contacted Booking.com which said our second day could be refunded if the hotel agreed. We met hotel staff at the front desk explaining the situation. She said agreed to refund our second day. However, the hotel did not. Very disappointing especially at $177.
