GBBrilliant views, very pretty to look at; breakfast room was very beautiful. Staff were very polite and helpful
It lacks the luxury feel of a 5 star hotel; the hotel looks like it needs refurbishing, the switches in the room were crumbling, no usb ports, the pool is cold and the jacuzzi is so cramped. It just looks dingy overall. The bathroom add ons like tootbrush or vanity kits do not get replaced if you use them the first day amd there is no body cream provided. The room fridge was literally empty! No coffee machine either. The breakfast was always running out of stuff; it was good but nothing outstanding. Nothing was labelled either. There is no porter provided to help with luggage. Worst part is that you have to pay for parking every night and the area near hotel is very difficult to walk on (dangerous roads/no footpaths). I don’t understand how this was given a 5 star rating
