"Bon hôtel dans sa catégorie"

Très bon hôtel. Grande chambre avec balcon et douche italienne. Agréable salle de restaurant avec vue sur la mer. Personnel affable et serviable. Belle piscine soigneusement entretenue. Parking privé avec peu de places mais très grand parking public gratuit à 200 mètres. Nous avions choisi la demi-pension et n’ avons pas été déçus.

Curieusement, le parking privé, gratuit, est devenu payant le dernier jour de notre séjour d’ une semaine. Le hall d’accueil est un peu « froid ».

"Pratique la veille d un départ"

La vue et le petit dejeuné preparé à 5h avant départ pour l aéroport

L hotel a fait du surbooking et nous n avions pas la chambre reservee. L hotesse d accueil a essayé de nous facturer des frais supplémentaires pour nous surclasser dans une autre chambre.

Le personnel, la super piscine, la vue mer et la proximité avec le port d'Es Castell.

Bâtiment vieillissant qui mériterait une remise à neuf complète. Les matelas ne sont pas confortables, les sols sont en fin de vie et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas.

La ubicación excelente con unas bonitas vistas al puerto. El personal muy amable, aunque había una recepcionista que no se manejaba con el sistema y demoró tanto el check-in como la salida.

El sistema de aire acondicionado no funcionaba en la habitación (y en otras muchas). Según el personal era porque el sistema era centralizado y saltaba a los 26 grados. A mi me parece que lo tenían roto. Además cada cliente tendría que poder adaptar la temperatura de su habitación según las necesidades y ubicación. Era imposible estar por la mañana donde daba el sol en la cristalera y les aseguro que la temperatura superaba los 26 grados.

No había aire acondicionado decían que la bomba estaba averiada, después de cobrar la estancia de 6 días. Las comidas muy repetitivas
