I am very disappointed as I am writing that they booked me First then 2 days later, they decline my reservation with email and I tried to call that Tourist Inn, provided by Hotel, No one picked up the phone for long time but I kept trying all day. This is Terrible experience I went through and Finally I booked another Place to go. They sent me another email for sorry for this experience and offered me to give me credit but only $10. This is Not acceptable to me and I am going to dispute through my credit card . I hope No one have experience what I went through. Hope some one reach back to me and apologize. They also offered me the difference I paid for the other hotel would pay me back too. My cell number is 201 218 5059 if someone wants to reach me directly.
