"far from town"

6.0

The hotel staff were very helpful and the hotel overall was fine however it is not walkable to anything and the food options etc within the hotel are limited and expensive. Getting back and forth to town was also relatively very expensive.

"OK Value"

6.0

The location was not so convenient, but adequate. We liked the staff, they were helpful but clearly needed many years of training to get to a normal good Asian standard. The pool was very nice, massage good. It is apparent the owners did not put much effort into their model, so the overall effect is not so welcoming to guests.

"This is my new favourite hotel in Cambodia!"

10.0

I've been traveling around Asia for to months and this is best hotel I've stayed at by far. The rooms are very comfortable and well decorated. The staff here go the extra mile to ensure your needs are met. And, the price is very fair.

"Very pleasant stay at this 4 Star hotel, with 3 st"

8.0

Great hotel, close to airport (10 mins), clsoe to main area of Siem Reap - Pub Street area (10 mins in a Tuk Tuk) and about 20 mins drive from the Temple circuit. We had a triple room - 3 King size beds - all very clean and well kept. Pool area also very nice after a dusty day at the Temples Only slight niggle point was that the service isnt very attentive, but minor point really. Also the guests of the hotel are mainly Korean. Therefore breakfast is very diverse! All in all - very pleasant stay at this 4 Star hotel, with 3 star service, and at 2 star cost! :-)

"Ok, but not a bit more"

4.0

This hotel is simply ok, not more. We got an upgrade into a "suite", which was a spacious room, very good with 2 kids. Condition and equipment of the room were acceptable. All staff were very friendly, however very slow and unresponsive, so for getting 2 more towels, we had to call 2 times, and finally got 1. The restaurant, which is used as well for breakfast, is good for people on diet, and probably one of the bad options in Siem Reap. Food selection disappointing, and although there was sufficient staff around, nobody really seemed to feel responsible for keeping the breakfast buffet in order. Worst experience (however, this was probably quite a unique moment) was the end of the new eve's party, which was held outdoor. Although very nicely arranged in the court, and with a surprisingly nice (but outrageously expensive) dinner buffet, the stage performance was a horribly loud. No way to sleep for us parents (lucky the kids found their way) as long as they were playing, but ok, it was New Eve. However, they continued to play music far beyond midnight for around 10 guests and the staff. Luckily they stopped immediately after I went down to the reception to intervene (I failed to call, as communication over phone was simply impossible due to the sound level).
