Excellent front desk. Really good selection of breakfast and good quality

I liked the convenience of the proximity to the Reading Football stadium.

Spacious

The staff was polite and friendly. The pool and breakfast was great. Our issue was the room. The blinds for the windows were not clean, bathroom didn't really have much privacy since you can see the silhouette of the person showering as well as the toilet. And the room I had only had 1 sliding door to the bathroom from the bed but other side was open to the front door. The other issue I had was the sheets appeared clean but we found some sticky stuff on the blanket. The staff was able to get us clean sheets. But at this rate, it ruin my night.

We were a family of 5 staying at the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was tidy. The swimming pool was great and not crowded. They could do better with the tiles above the bath tub . It has some limescale which made it look a bit dirty. The windows in the rooms have no white curtains. When we move the curtains for light to come in, anyone can see us from outside. The door does not have security chain. This made me feel insecure overnight that an intruder may come in overnight while I am sleeping. Breakfast is good and healthy but not a lot of options. Overall, I like the hotel but I will strongly suggest they put security chains or locks on the doors.

Nice place with family

Fab clean hotel. But man those fire doors all night opening and closing keeping me awake. Not sure if it’s a security guard on loop but it’s uber annoying

Upon arrival I learnt the AC was malfunctioning for odd room numbers however my room was even number. 33 degrees in the room with a 1 yo and 4 yo who couldn't sleep. Extra fans were provided. Partial refund offered by Mgmt although took 3 months to actually have it processed

We just had to time our exit as there was a football match playing. All was good☺️

Wonderful hotel, room and friendly staff. Will return!
