"A comfortable, accessible and well-situated place to stay for a night to explore Cirencester"

Excellent staff- very friendly and helpful. There was no hot water due to a boiler malfunction on arrival. We were offered full refund or a part money back if things weren't sorted - which they were. Wonderful breakfast both of cooked food and cereals/ compotes/fruit salad and toppings. Very attractively decorated and lovely cosy, olde-worlde atmosphere.

Lack of parking spaces attached to the hotel. Car park nearby cost us £10 for our stay.

The room was a shoe box, and very shabby. Considering that I booked well in advance we were tucked away at the end of a corridor next to the fire escape

Good size room in a central part of town.

The room faced the street so a little noisy but only in the morning. Not really a problem.
