La qualité de la literie ne répond pas aux standards attendus pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, ce qui a nuit à la qualité de mon sommeil. Offre de petit-déjeuner : Cette prestation gagnerait à être nettement améliorée. La proposition actuelle se compose principalement de produits industriels de qualité moyenne. L'absence de produits locaux ou faits maison est fortement regrettable.

"Ce serait 100% parfait si..vous chassiez les pigeons!"

"Torturante cada retorno durante a estada de cinco dias"

Infelizmente péssima acomodação, funcionários extremamente desagradáveis e mal educados, principalmente a recepcionista Anaïs. Além de que o quarto possui um odor horrível de esgoto, pedi que providenciassem a troca e não foi possível, me forneceram um « spray » que não solucionou o problema, a recepcionista Emma super gentil foi até o quarto e jogou um produto refrescante no ralo box e das pias, que resolveu momentaneamente. Não recomendo em hipótese alguma hospedagem neste estabelecimento.
