Great Stay

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of options. Both the room and the common areas were spotless and very well maintained. We also particularly enjoyed the coffee we bought at the pool bar, which was excellent.

The refrigerator in our room was not working upon arrival, but after we reported the issue, it was replaced promptly by the staff. We also found that the shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap dispensers were empty. These were refilled quickly once we informed reception. While both issues were resolved efficiently, it was somewhat frustrating to discover the empty toiletries only after I had already stepped into the shower.

Hotel iz 1989 obnovljen u modernom stilu. Na lepoj lokaciji na smaoj vrlo dobroj plazi Vata Gonia i neposrednoj blizini Nisi plaze.

Gipsani zidovi slaba izolacija soba. Hrana raznolika ali neukusna.

מיקום נורא מרוחק מאוד ,ים מטונף אחד החופים המזוהמים שראיתי,ארוחת ערב לא שווה את הכסף ,צאו בחוץ לאכול,בריכה ללא מוזיקה משעממת,חדר כושר ללא גישה נוחה. מיטות לא נוחות בכלל.

Nice hotel, but they had put us in a room that was separated from the neighboring room by a locked connecting door. We could hear everything, with absolutely no privacy. Simply unacceptable. Also, the sauna and the jacuzzi were not working.

An outstanding hotel in a beautiful location! The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The rooms were exceptionally clean on arrival, and were cleaned everyday to a high standard. There was complimentary shampoo, shower gel, shower caps and slippers. The shower was powerful. The beds were large and comfortable. The lights and air conditioning were all controlled by touchscreen panels. There were various options for lighting. The dressing table had a large well lit vanity mirror and powerful hairdryer. The wardrobe had interior lighting that turned on when the doors were opened. The balcony had two chairs, a table and washing airer. The restaurant was clean and calm. The food was fresh and delicious with a different theme each night. The waiting staff were efficient and attentive without being pushy. The pool area was clean, with plenty of extremely comfortable sunbeds, with tables and parasols. You could change your pool towel daily. The pool bar was exceptional. The staff were friendly and efficient, and there was an excellent choice of drinks available. There was plenty of shaded seating by the bar. The pool itself was clean and a good depth. The bar inside the hotel was cool, calm and beautifully decorated. The lift was small but worked quickly. The hotel and pool toilets were exceptionally clean. The beach was a very short stroll away. Sunbeds and parasols were available for a small charge. There were water sports available for reasonable prices. There were ramps/paths down to the edge of the sea making it accessible for wheelchairs and pushchairs. A box of buckets & spades etc. was available for children to borrow. The sand was soft and golden and the sea was clean and safe to swim in, with it being shallow for quite a distance before gently becoming deeper. The hotel was situated about a 25-30 minute walk from the the main shops, restaurants and bars. There were plenty of shops and restaurants along the walk. Or you could use the BOLT app for a taxi there & back at a very reasonable price. What was wrong with the hotel and location.....absolutely nothing!!!! We will definitely visit again!
