Everyone who works there was so kind and helpful. The actual hotel room was disgusting. First when we went in our room door was wide open. The towels and wash cloths where on the ground the roof was actually falling apart hanging down. The outlets in the room didn’t have covers. Which wouldn’t be a problem but I have 3 small children. The people were wonderful but the room itself was terrible.

"Never again, cousin said <4stars right on <0"

Not-so-good, will let PICS DO THE TALKING! NO covers on electrical plates thus lamp, hairdryer, TV would NOT work; towels like pumus bars, tub dirty, NO lock door, lock on pool for 9.75 of 10 days, outside trash constantly, THEN they blew parking lot to recover and HAD to put towels in front of door & windows as was blowing in. Truck had 3/4-1" of dust on. They could have notified people ahead of time, no room service daily, twice in 7 days BUT only two towels period to start, thus daily had go front desk, very very small bars soap one in 7 days!! Never again!!
