Fairfield Inn & Suites Ukiah Mendocino County

The room was good- bedding, pillows- good, not too big and hard, and there were a variety of sizes. The breakfast was good- thank you for having cate free eggs. That’s very important

The room had a slightly perfumed smell, like from a cleaning product. It wasn’t overwhelming, but I didn’t like it. The only other thing that I would like to advocate for is an ev charger, preferably a level 3. Even across the street at the Walmart.

My room smelt like Simple Green and old musty.

This hotel was perfectly fine for what we needed on our road trip up to the redwoods. I would stay here again. Some of the breakfast food was not good, but there was enough that we found plenty to eat without issue. Check in was easy. Easy to find location.

The room was nice and clean. It was close to the highway but was pretty quiet. There is shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

Overall was a fine night. Building was quiet, staff was pleasant, room was clean. But how are there so few outlets, particularly none around the desk/TV area? Just install a lamp with some built-in outlets. It's not complicated. I would note that there are a decent number of hobos in the area so keep your car interior clean. Didn't see any evidence of break-ins around the parking lot but it's always a risk.

I did not see a Qur’aan anywhere in the room but only found Bible, Book of Mormon, and a Hindu book. Islaam is a more well known religion than Mormonism and Hinduism, and Muslims do go to hotels, so good translations of the Qur’aan should be considered.
