Good location if you have a car - 1 min walk to the beach; 10 min walk to very good beach; nice beach promenade around. Easy parking on the street. No nightlife or something else around. The apartment had a good equipement (better than we expected due to other reviews). Private whirpool with the sea view was amazing and clean. Extremely big apartment with balcony with sun deck. Easy checkin and checkout process.

It's a rooftop apartment with all roof disadvantages - there was incredible hot in the beggining of March. I couldn'd imagine stay there in the summer. The AC is just in the living room and its an old and slow aircon, so better to be prepare like there is no aircon. You could survive in winter time if you keep all windows open, because there is very windy. The balcony is big and nice, but with the south orientation with any shadow during the day. Some towels and bed linens were dirty (we had to wash them before use). Two main bedrooms are without the windows!! You are not able to put there the fresh air from outside. The flat is modern, but with many damages and without any renovation. There is a rot in one bedroom and you can see a water maps on the interior walls from the rainy days. The maintenance could be much better for better feeling. The owner wrote me with a strict and not pleasant tone. In general it is not bad, but you can find places in better conditions and nicer owner for the same price, but typically without the jacuzi.

The room lacks some seasonings or cleaning supplies for cooking, and the washing machine does not provide laundry detergent.

We stayed in the bottom floor apartment. Location is amazing, right at the seaside. Parking is always available nearby. Flat is huge and well equipped (kitchen utensils, couple of frying pens and bowls, 2 big fridges, dishwasher, iron and board, washing machine, hair dryer, lots of cabinets for everything). Jacuzzi also great, it was all set and hot, never had to touch any buttons.

The sofa is a bit ran down / too soft.
